After setting digest auth, Squid 2.5.S4 dies at first authentication,
after the client (IE6 SP2) sends the user/pass:

The squid.conf for auth_param looks like this:

Without digest auth, it works just fine!
I tried recompiling squid as some FAQs recommended with CFLAGS='-g
-Wall' but the problem keeps hanging.
I've ran out of options here, so any help is appreciated.
