How does squid get user`s name|password when squid uses ntlm authentication?
From the NTLM hash passed by the client. How the client gets the info
it needs for the hash is up to the client.

1) In what format client passes username|password to squid when ntlm authentication is used? In http-header, in base64 coding?
2) Does every http-response contain user`s username & password when ntlm authentication is used?
