Here is my delay pool config:
delay_pool 1
delay_class 1 1
acl SlowPorts port 1214
delay_access 1 allow SlowPorts
delay_access 1 deny all
delay_parameters 1 8000/64000

With this delay pool config, i will restrict to 64kbps all users connected
to 1214 port. Is it correct?
