With squidGuard you can replace the banners with a banner of your company.
In squidGuarg.conf you can do something like this:
destination bl_ads {
domainlist blacklists/ads/domains
urllist blacklists/ads/urls
redirect http://your_site/banner.jpg
logfile blocked.log
}
