See the second line of the log you attached.

The partition in which you have put your cache directory is full.   That is 
the problem.   You cannot increase the size of the cache directory unless 
there is sufficient space on the partition to hold it.

If you have spare capacity on another partition, you could create yourself 
another cache directory and spread the files, however the best solution (I 
know it's inconvenient) is to resize your partitions so that there is 
sufficient space for the files you want to store.

Maybe there are other files in the partition holding the cache which you 
could delete or move?
