[squid-users] ACL problems

I keep getting this error with Squid (i fully admit I'm a novice)

The following error was encountered:

Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at
this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is
incorrect.
Your cache administrator is root.

I've setup the ACL to allow client addresses from 
192.168.0.15-192.168.0.150/255.255.255.0

Any ideas?
