I've used calamaris for look squid statistics and the higuest "request-destination" is : 207.46.110.*
I don't know what that "request-destination" is.
$ dig +short -x 207.46.110.1 -x 207.46.110.5 -x 207.46.110.25 baym-gw1.msgr.hotmail.com. baym-gw5.msgr.hotmail.com. baym-gw25.msgr.hotmail.com.
Looks like Hotmail to me.
Can I filter it?
You could block it easily with a dst acl - see squid.conf.default or the Squid FAQ for more details.
