"Freeze" because I don't have more logs when this happen and the functions that Squid has on my system, stoped ... But the telnet:

What happens if you type some garbage and then enter a few times?
Is there anything in cache.log if you run "squid -k debug"?
If not please attach a debugger to your Squid process to see what it is up to doing..
Great points. Other suggestion, try running squid with the default (which is a minimum) configuration using "-k debug" option.
