1) squidalyzer- there may be others.... 2) I have just completed a test-install for demo purposes that use Samba v3's ntlm_auth(can't use squid' ntlm_auth) with an w2k3 AD setup. PDC should work fine as well. Just follow the squid docs on the ntlm_auth and use Samba V3's ntlm_auth instead.
