For giving different performance to differentiate the IP-Addresses the sample code is available in http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-19.html#ss19.8 on the Delay pools section along on "How do you personally use delay pools" using the class 2 same as your requirement. Regards, Muthukumar.
