[squid-users] Update on odd errors

I removed the state files as Duane had instructed, and I am seeing 
different problems now. This is after restarting squid, and for other 
reasons, the entire machine.

The numer 399 strikes me as insteresting, as that is how many MB of 
memory it has been  using.
