[squid-users] "connection refused (111)"

Hello,
I've got a problem with my proxy. Each time I try to reach a dynamic 
page (.asp, or with "?" in the URL), I have a message "connection 
refused (111)".
My squid.conf seems OK. I didn't find where was the error.
