[squid-users] always_direct

There is some option similar to always_direct that for a URL squid sends requests to a server specifically instead through a parent, so like always_direct but indicating to the specific server.

Our parent servers have in a load balancing configuration and we want that the requests for a certain URL always go to the same server.
