Strange is also the error message I get when executing the .cgi on IIS 5. It says:
Execute permission on IIS ? or is IIS anonymous access allowed ?
%1 is no Win32-application.
So I think there could be an error within the sources... I'll check that; thanks for the help
This songs very strange, the cachemgr sources are stable from 3 years.
How do you build your binaries ?
Please try with the "official" binary build of Squid for Windows.
