I found the problem. I have forwarded_for off in squid.conf. Apparently 
the the attwireless site does not like the X-Forwarded-For: unknown header.

I am seeing the same problem you are.

I noticed somebody mentioned that ECN has to be off, which it is here. However I
see the issue as well.
