[squid-users] problem startup squid

I am with big problem, when i try start the squid the following error
occurs.
 
User-Agent logging is disabled.
Referer logging is disabled.
Unlinkd pipe opened on FD 14
assertion failed: StatHist.c:73: "val_in(max - min) > 0"
 
what it will be that is happening?
