The following is what you need in your squid.conf :
acl SSL_ports port 443 ... 1863 5190
acl CONNECT method CONNECT
http_access deny CONNECT !SSL_ports
I know it works for ICQ (login.oscar.aol.com:5190), but where for msn messenger
(messenger.hotmail.com:1863)
I'm not sure that it will works through a thhp proxy.
