hi it depends on what you want to do with this...
if you want a transparent proxy (no client authentifcation popup @ browser
startup) I recommend you NTLM / Winbind.
with the others I don't have really exp.
I think the NCSA is a well known BASIC auth (->popup), but I'm not sure...
