You can to use the ''always_direct'' and ''no_cache'' acls for these purpose, see http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-4.html#ss4.19 and http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-10.html#ss10.3
