but when I try to access in my browser to "www.nic.ar" nothing happens...
Also in my access.log , nothing appears with "www.nic.ar"
Are you sure your browser is configured to use the proxy?
Also try setting "half_closed_clients off" in squid.conf. This makes Squid a little more reactive on failed requests and logs less confusing.
