Thanks for your helps. I have solve the problem by using a squid binary version for aix. http://aixpdslib.seas.ucla.edu/
ftp://aixpdslib.seas.ucla.edu/pub/squid/RISC/5.1/exec/squid.2.5.STABLE4.tar.Z

This binary version can work and does not core dump when client try to connect. I am not sure what's cause the squid that I complied core dump . Maybe it is caused by the GCC or libs of the system.
Hope the future version squid can solve this problem.

Odd.. I would have expected a FATAL message there..

In any case, on fatal errors follow the procedure outlined in the Squid FAQ on how to report bugs

Squid FAQ 11.19 Sending in Squid bug reports
<url:http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-11.html#ss11.19>

Also verify if the same problem exists in the current stable release

  http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v2/2.5/

  (current stable release is 2.5.STABLE6).
