Hi Elsen,
After a squid restart, i get this:
"2004/09/29 11:43:51| Accepting HTTP connections at 10.10.2.250, port 3128, FD 16.
2004/09/29 11:43:51| commBind: Cannot bind socket FD 17 to 10.10.2.250:3128: (98) Address already in use
2004/09/29 11:43:51| Accepting ICP messages at 0.0.0.0, port 3130, FD 17."
The first and the second lines, seems a little bit contraditory !?!?
Warm Regards, Mrio Gamito

2 - I read in a previous mail in this list, that we could test if the cache is realy working, by telneting to Squid. Well, i telnet to port 3128, but i get connectin refused.
What's up ?
Probably means that SQUID is not running or is using another http port. Check cache.log when SQUID starts for (fatal) errors and/or there is a message concerning which http port squid will be using (as set in squid.conf).
