mime.conf file contains mime informations details there. Search with 
"audio" keyword on mime.conf

It is good to block mime with dansgurdian setup to make filtering 
effectively. Reply mime types can be known only after getting from
internet so that we can not control with rep_mime_type there with 
http_access. Use http_reply_access to control these.

what does dansgurdian setup mean. and the other thing is that if i block 
audio there in mime.conf then all the audio like mp3 and wave downloads will 
be blocked too. while i dont want to block downloading audio file instead i 
want to block streaming audio.
