yes, my FTP server (proFTPd) supports MDTM, but always after MDTM he does a RETR and send the file. Why cannot squid look on the file weather it is newer and only if it is newer send this file.
Is this FTP server publically accessible? I.e. can I try with my Squid to see what happens here?
