After pactching squid I can use wccpv2. And this is the start-up log.

I have configure two routers in my squid.cfg. However squid is peering only
with the last wccp2_router.

Should I patch the Kernel ?

Looks like a bug somewhere, quite likely in the WCCPv2 support for Squid.
