[squid-users] Proxy Authentication with Microsoft .NET 1.1

Hi,

Currently, we are not able to make proxy authentication work using .NET
1.1 web services. This issue only occurs with squid proxy servers:
- Using another proxy with authentication works fine. 
- Using squid WITHOUT authentication works also fine.

We have also discovered that the scenario with squid proxy
authentication works, if the web service client uses .NET 1.0 for both:
compilation, and runtime environment.

Is this a known issue?
