I've solved this problem and now SQUID starts up.
But I have a problem using SQUID as a REVERSE PROXY.
(see a new mail with a new object)

Error message usually refer to a condition which went wrong when trying to set 
something.
So , are you using/needing SQUID + SSL ?. If so eleborate what you need.
If not , disable it.
