For these two acl's, rather than having them all in the config file, you can create another file containing the domains, and then doing something like
acl Restricted_Web_Access dstdomain C:/squid/etc/domains.specialpeople acl Acct_Web_Access dstdomain C:/squid/etc/domains.normal
This way, the config file isn't so huge and makes for easier reading.
