Is there any chance to block reguests, which does not have a DNS names, but
only IP addresses?

Not easily. This would require one to build a database of all the IP addresses of the sites you want to block as most has not registered the reverse lookup.

In cases like google it's even worse as this requires building a database of all the google search servers around the globe. A standard DNS lookup of www.google.com only gives you some of them..
