[squid-users] Squid hangs!

Hello!
 
We are using Squid Version 2.4.STABLE6 under Debian woody.
 
Once a day the Squid hangs, after restarting the service, squid still does
not work.
 
After rebooting the host, Squid works again.  messages and syslog appear to
be ok.
 
Any idea of this erratic behaviour?
