Hello,

squid have sent me twice this email:

Subject: The Squid Cache (version 2.5.STABLE9-20050324) died.

You've encountered a fatal error in the Squid Cache version
2.5.STABLE9-20050324.
If a core file was created (possibly in the swap directory),
please execute 'gdb squid core' or 'dbx squid core', then type 'where',
and report the trace back to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Thanks!
=====

In cache.log I have found twice "FATAL: Received Segment Violation...dying."
and then squid seems to be running fine.

Unfortunately there was no core file as said in the squid's mails.

Extracted from squid.conf:

cache_dir aufs /cache1 20000 16 256
cache_dir aufs /cache2 20000 16 256
cache_dir aufs /cache3 20000 16 256
cache_dir aufs /cache4 20000 16 256
cache_dir aufs /cache5 20000 16 256
cache_dir aufs /cache6 20000 16 256

coredump_dir /cache1

Where could I find this core file ?

Thanks for your help,
