According to your sniff the server isn't an HTTP server.
It uses a protocol which resembles HTTP but it's not HTTP. The protocol
used is apparently called ICY. The properties of this protocol is unknown,
and attempting to proxy this via a HTTP proxy may produce unexpected
results.
