- Which OS filesystem are you using? Do you have noatime mount option turned on? - How much inodes do you have free? - Is it still slow with a different storage scheme (aufs, diskd)? - What's the memory usage? Is the machine swapping heavily? A 30G disk with 512MB memory seems a bit high. Joost
