Whenever http://www.k12foodservice.com/ is accessed, Squid restarts with the following message:

The request is then passed to DansGuardian which then passes it to a second Squid process for retrieving the pages. This is on a RedHat ES 4 box with squid-2.5.STABLE6-3.4E.9.
