For more ACL information, the Squid FAQ 
(http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-10.html) is also a good resource.  For 
what it's worth, I know of no issues with a squid->squid->yahoo connection (and 
my users would let me know if there was one).
