[squid-users] squid and a bandiwdth arbitrator

Hello everyone,

Is it possible to tell squid to forward ip addressess when it is requesting 
from the web?

My problem is :

LAN----SQUID---ARBI---FIREWALL

Arbi see's all traffic coming from squid, so it cannot do proper Bandwidth 
Management


I'm using right now :


LAN---ARBI--SQUID--FIREWALL


Which slows down all traffic to squid to my max down and upload...making 
internet access seem somewhat slower since squid cannot send
data very fast.
