yes I made updates of many bugs that were published in RedHat. But they are a lot, and is difficult discover wich one it cause the problem. If you want I can show you a list of all rpm that I made Updates.

Did you recently update some rpm's from redhat? We have a theory that one of the updates breaks squid.
