[squid-users] Squid in Fastest mode and lower cpu useage

Hi
i wana what do i change in squid config to make squid fast and make cpu  
usage low ,
for this i dont need any caching !!!
this is for a company that its not useing internet and its only local and  
i need squid to be fast and set mimimum/none caching ,

is this possible to disable squid caching ?

and second what do i change to lower squid cpu load ?
