[squid-users] Certain web sites not opening...

Ok... I can't figure this one out.  I've got my squid configured and 
minus a few issues, some of which I'm about to list, it seems to be 
working... ok.  Here's the big ones:

   1.  Certain web sites come back with "Directory listing denied" 
Example: Ebay, www.imdb.com, www.hotmail.com
   2.  IM clients not being able to sign on.  I some of the issues by 
adding the appropriate ports to "acl_SSL", but having problems with GAIM 
client application and
        yahoo.
So, I'm reaching out to the community.  Can you please throw some help 
my way?
