Hi I have implemented Delay Pool on squid. I configured class 3 delay pool for my group of users which get 128kbps bandwidth for each host. When I did download, I was getting 128 kbps. Which confirm delay pool is working for me.
I also noticed when I do normal browsing at that time bandwidth usage go higher than 128 kbps. I want to understand which parameter triggers delay pool configuration? Why delay pool control bandwidth for heavy download not for normal browsing. How can I control normal browsing speed also.
