Hi I am running Squid as a transparent Proxy and it all seems to work Ok. I am now trying to limit the bandwidth usage of certain users and I am using the example in 19.8 to limit a single user to 128 Kbps. Is there a option on the debug_options that I can enable so that I can see if it is actually working. Or is there another way to test.
