Yes, this is my recommendation. You don't need any special features of LDAP for squid_ldap_group, so using the "standard" package is best. If not, the simplest solution is to adjust your /etc/ld.so.conf to allow libraries to be loaded from /usr/local/lib. Regards Henrik
