But I am already using MRTG to monitor other parameters of squid like
request/sec , bandwidth saving etc.
But I am not able to find out OID for total concurrent connections in
squid box.

You have to tell snmpwalk to load the squid mib.
and look for the relevant OID.

snmpwalk host:3401 -v 1 -c public .1.3.6.1.4.1.3495 -m squid_mib.txt

Previous to this command you have to configure the snmp access in your 
squid.conf
http://wiki.squid-cache.org/SquidFaq/SquidSnmp
