I guess, a simple deny page with redirect meta tag in could do it.

Hi there

I have installed Squid as an accelerator for httpd. It will block requests
to internal.example.com lest they were received per SSL/TLS. Httpd is
talked to in plain text by Squid and therefore its redirect messages tell
clients to connect to internal.example.com using plain HTTP which they are
not allowed.

Is there a way to rewrite (the scheme of) the redirects that httpd generates?

Tanks very much
