Patches for both issues is available from http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v2/2.6/changesets/ or included in the nightly snapshot release if you need to get these corrected before 2.5.STABLE2 is available. 2.6.STABLE2 will most likely be released in the upcoming weekend.
