ERR_ZERO_SIZE_OBJECT says that the web server closed the connection before Squid had received any HTTP headers. Best information for diagnosis is a ethereal (or tcpdump -s 1600 -w filename.pcap) packet capture of the traffic. Preferably both sides of Squid. Regards Henrik
