[squid-users] Blocking ftp access, allowing http access.

Maybe this is better asked in squidGuard group, but I'll ask here anyway. I 
want to block kids at school from using ftp://xbox360cheat.org, but allow 
them http://xbox360cheat.org. Is that possible using squid or squidGuard? 
The reason is these kids have set up this site and downloading stuff and 
sharing similar to peer-to-peer. But they are using the school's bandwidth.
