Hi, all! I found FAQ & mailing Q&A's but, I couldn't find any problem like mine. When I try to use 'aufs' mode in cache_dir option, squid doesn't work.
The correct message I got is, "FATAL: Bungled squid.conf line 992: cache_dir aufs /home/dev/hjlee/squid/var/cache 1024 16 256 Squid Cache (Version 2.6.STABLE1): Terminated abnormally.". And as you can see, my conf is written "cache_dir aufs /home/dev/hjlee/squid/var/cache 1024 16 256". When I try with 'ufs' option, no problem there. I tried with new directory and "squid -z" but it caused the same error. Please help me! Let me know what's wrong and what I should check. Thank you for reading this. Have a nice day. - Lee
