Hmm.  I just removed it and it works.  In one of my previous attempts to 
get things to work it complained about not having a cache so I was 
forced to add it.  Obviously some of the later changes I made (probably 
the biggest being adding "--enable-linux-netfilter" to the "configure" 
line) removes the requirement for "cache_peer".
