[squid-users] Squid + ICAP?

Hello,

Is Squid+ICAP still developed? The only reference to ICAP in the source
tree of Squid 2.6STABLE3 is in SPONSORS, pointing to
http://devel.squid-cache.org/icap/ , but the latest entry in that page is
from end 2003.
